Nature of the Service

Floyd County Released Inmates is a private reference with no government ties. It stores no official jail, corrections, court, or release records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

The site points to Floyd County jail and release resources, Georgia offender and supervision systems, and independent research tools. An originating office remains responsible for its own record.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site in violation of any law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited screening decision.
• Do not seek access to systems or data without authorization.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not impair the service or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

Floyd County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not provide FCRA-covered services through this site. You agree not to use any information obtained here for:

• hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
• tenant selection or housing screening;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit;
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, release records, legal-aid resources, or independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. Floyd County Released Inmates does not control an outside site's content, privacy practices, prices, availability, or terms. Review the destination's rules before using it.

Your Duty to Indemnify

Ownership of Site Content

Site text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Floyd County Released Inmates or its content partners unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Georgia Governing Law

Georgia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia. References to public Floyd County records are subject to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq., but that law does not make this private site a government custodian.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
